Once I’ve ordered how will I get my forms?
After you have completed your order through PayPal the links to your forms will be sent to the email address that you provided during checkout.
How long do I have to download my links after I have ordered?
The links provided in the email will be active for 14 days after you have ordered them. If you need to download the forms again after the 14 days have elapsed simply send an email to support@legaleform.com with your PayPal confirmation number and we will send you the forms via email for up to one year from the original date of purchase.
What if I can’t find the form I am looking for?
If you can’t find the form you are looking for send us an email to support@legaleform.com with a description of the form and its purpose. We are adding new forms to the database everyday so if you don’t see it that doesn’t mean we don’t have it. All of our forms are carefully screened for accuracy and user-friendliness before they will be added to the database.
The form I need is in PDF format. Do you have it in MSWORD?
Yes and No. Some authors require that their forms be in PDF format to retain the integrity of the form and insure its accuracy. PDF forms that are authorized to be re-formatted to MSWORD will be added to the database or upon request.
